• THE ROLE: We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Solutions within secure federal environments.

• You'll collaborate with clients, architects, developers, and government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM and related workflows.

• TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL: Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise ServiceNow solutions, from technical design through deployment.
• Design, build, and enhance custom ServiceNow solutions that support secure government environments.
• Develop scalable workflows, integrations, and automations that improve operational efficiency for federal customers.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and mission leads to deliver highly tailored ITSM capabilities.
• Lead module development, integrations, and enhancements across the ServiceNow suite.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and secure configuration under TS protocols.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction on best practices in a high-stakes, cleared environment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability through thoughtful development and innovation.
