• Our projects include kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring, tile installation, drywall, general repairs, demolition, preparation, and other residential rehabilitation and renovation work.
• We are seeking reliable, hardworking construction laborers to support our residential rehabilitation and renovation projects in the Philadelphia area.
• Construction Laborer Responsibilities Workers may assist with a variety of residential renovation activities, including: * Demolition and removal of existing materials * Site preparation and jobsite cleanup * Moving and handling construction materials * Drywall installation, hanging, and finishing * Tile installation and preparation * Flooring installation and removal * Kitchen and bathroom renovation work * Basic carpentry and framing assistance * Material loading and unloading * Protection of finished surfaces and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite * General construction assistance as directed by the project lead What We Are Looking For SYSWC, LLC is looking for individuals who are: * Dependable and punctual * Experienced in residential construction or renovation * Comfortable performing physical construction work * Able to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team * Safety-conscious and respectful of residential properties * Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship * Available for residential renovation projects in the Philadelphia area Experience is preferred, particularly in drywall, tile, flooring, demolition, carpentry, kitchen/bath renovations, or general residential rehabilitation.
• We are also interested in experienced small crews that already work together and are capable of supporting residential renovation projects.
• Ideal Candidates Our ideal candidates range from dependable general construction laborers who can assist across multiple phases of a renovation to experienced tradespeople with specialized skills in: * Tile * Drywall * Flooring * Carpentry * Kitchen and bathroom renovation * Demolition * General residential rehabilitation We are interested in establishing relationships with reliable workers and small crews for ongoing and future residential renovation projects, rather than filling a single short-term position.
