About this role

• MortgageTree Lending is hiring an experienced **Mortgage Loan Officer** to originate residential mortgage loans and develop referral relationships with Realtors and other business partners.
• This is a **100% commission-based position** with flexible, part-time opportunities available.
• This role focuses primarily on purchase business, client relationship management, and long-term referral growth.
• The Loan Officer will be responsible for prospecting, pre-qualifying borrowers, structuring loan scenarios, and managing transactions from application through closing with support from in-house processing and operations.
