• Tubes Winding Engineer JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for talented individuals to grow into Tubes Winding Engineer.
• Responsibilities include figuring out the kind of paper to be used in a raw product and trouble-shooting winding machines.
• Training will be provided.
• New grads and internships are welcome.
• Lead and assist production team in performing at high quality.
• Focus on manufacturing area and supply chain partners so that there is improvement in safety and quality.
• WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO * Partner with operations manager to set goals and objectives for your personal and professional growth * Positively impact and influence the team and other business partners * Take initiative to discover and create process improvements * Assist the team with creating ideas and executing on projects * Think analytically to assist in solving problems * Be able to also work independently * Share feedback and engage in feedback with the operations manager QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Graduated from or currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Engineering (or related degrees) with Mechanical, Industrial or Material Engineering preferred.
