• Education Requirements * Manager prefers candidates who have already graduated.
• * Candidates still pursuing their degree/graduating in December 2026 are not preferred at this time.
• * Academic projects/internships can be relevant, but preference is for someone who has completed the degree.
• Top Skills * Hands-on component testing / test engineering * Strong engineering fundamentals & physics-based engineering judgment * Test setup, test result analysis & failure investigation * Pre/post-test component inspection and measurement * Test method development for new failure modes * Transmission, axle, brake or off-highway component experience is a plus.
• Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
