About this role
- General Description Assists the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day supervising, directing and assuring the completion of all housekeeping tasks assigned to the housekeeping attendants and house persons.
- Housekeeping Supervisors are to ensure a high degree of cleanliness throughout the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
- They are responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guests' requests and are to maintain complete knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, services, procedures and standards.
