• **Duties** * Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service * Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and refunds * Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining store displays * Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction * Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment * Ensure proper cashiering procedures including basic math calculations and retail math accuracy * Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to safety standards * Use phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries * Support supervising staff in daily operations as needed **Experience** * Prior experience in retail sales, grocery store, or similar customer service roles preferred * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures * Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus * Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management * Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases * Strong communication skills, including effective phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions * Demonstrated ability to upsell products and promote store merchandise effectively This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork, communication, and a customer-focused attitude are valued.
