• You will work with large and diverse datasets, build predictive and analytical models, identify meaningful patterns and trends, and communicate insights through compelling visualizations and recommendations.
• Your work will help shape strategic decisions, improve operational performance, and drive innovation for our clients across multiple industries.
• **Responsibilities****:** * Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage company data to drive business solutions.
• * Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
• * Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data-gathering techniques.
• * Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad-targeting, and other business outcomes.
• * Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• * Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• * Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• **Requirements:** * Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, or related quantitative fields.
• * 5 - 7 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within the technology industry.
• * Experience using Python, R, SQL, or similar statistical programming languages to manipulate, analyze, and derive insights from large datasets.
• * Experience developing and applying machine learning models and statistical techniques, including regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, predictive modeling, and scenario analysis.
• * Experience working with data architectures, data pipelines, large-scale datasets and querying databases, working with relational and non-relational data sources, creating data visualizations and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• * Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and model evaluation methodologies.
• * Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• * Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• * Must be a US Citizen.
