• As a Medicare Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their healthcare options.
• Your primary responsibility will be to assist elderly or a specific group of individuals in understanding and enrolling in Medicare plans that best suit their needs.

• * Navigate clients through process of enrolling in Medicare, Medicaid and/or retirement.
• * Analyze clients' healthcare needs to recommend suitable plans And providers.
• * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• * Join promote events and market Medicare products effectively to potential clients through various channels.
• * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• * Stay updated on changes in Medicare policies and regulations to provide accurate information.
• **Skills** * Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly to clients.
• * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.
• * Proven sales skills with a focus on building relationships * Experience in retail sales is advantageous for understanding customer dynamics.
