• ##### **Why Join Us** Our leaders make decisions from sales and revenue data, so your work sets the standard for what they trust.
• * Own It: You own the accuracy of our sales data and the scorecard built on it.
• You fix the cause of a problem, not only the record.
• * Embrace Innovation: You use Claude daily to build workflows and automations that save the team time, and you check the output against source data.
• * Grow Together: You manage our Sales Development Representative, with ownership of workflow, handoffs, performance, and a steady 1:1 cadence.

• * Bring Good Vibes: You explain data in plain language and hold a standard with senior colleagues without turning disagreements into conflict.
• * Speak Up: You flag material data issues early and bring a recommendation.

• This seat gives you direct influence on how a growing agency forecasts, sells, and retains revenue.

• * Manage our SDR as your direct report.
• You own the workflow, list loading, handoff criteria, performance, 1:1s, and activity reporting.
• Coaching on calls and objections stays with the Head of Revenue.

• * Build and maintain the sales dashboard and scorecard across Zoho CRM and QuickBooks, covering pipeline, win rate by seller, quota attainment, and attrition.
• * Track opportunity generation by source and channel, and connect source to retained revenue by joining CRM and billing data.
• * Review new tool requests and recommend adopt, pilot, or pass.
• ##### **What Success Looks Like** * Leadership trusts CRM and sales records without a side check.

• * The team follows agreed CRM workflows, and you find and correct recurring gaps.
• * Your analysis arrives with a clear next step.
• ##### **What You'll Bring** * 5 or more years in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or CRM administration, or 3 or more years with at least one system built from scratch.
• * Hands-on CRM administration, including custom fields, workflows, automations, and integrations.

• * Advanced daily use of AI tools, with mastery of Claude.
• You will share a specific example of work you built with Claude during the interview process.
• * Dashboards and reports that leadership uses, and comfort joining CRM data with accounting or billing data such as QuickBooks.
• * Clear documentation, the ability to explain data to non-technical leaders, and follow-through without reminders.
• * A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, marketing, or a related field.
