• An entry level Phlebotomist collects blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary puncture.
• Ensures specimens are properly labeled, processed, prepared for laboratory testing or transport, and receive batches from satellite clinics.
• Provides a positive patient experience while following safety and infection control standards.
• This position reports to the Phlebotomy Supervisor.
• Position Qualifications: * High school graduate or equivalent.
• * Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program preferred.
• * BLS certification through AHA preferred The pay grade assigned to this position is **220****0**; the link provided shows the pay range.
