• **Job Overview** As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you'll help keep construction projects moving safely and efficiently.
• You'll prepare work areas, handle materials, operate power tools, and support crews in building to construction plans and technical drawings.

• **Responsibilities** * Read blueprints and construction plans; interpret technical drawings to guide site work.
• * Prepare and maintain work areas, including erosion control measures and safe access routes.
• * Move materials using proper manual handling techniques; perform heavy lifting and climb when tasks require it.
• * Use power tools and assist with equipment inspection, basic maintenance, and repair.
• * Follow workplace safety procedures, including respiratory protection requirements and applicable construction safety regulations.
• **Qualifications** * Experience in construction, with industrial construction experience preferred.
• * Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings; familiarity with construction plans is essential.
• * Mechanical knowledge and experience using power tools or assisting with equipment repair are preferred.
• * Ability to perform manual handling, heavy lifting, and climbing as required by the work.
• * Commitment to workplace safety, safety regulations, erosion control, and implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards.
