• This position involves hands-on work supporting site preparation, concrete construction, excavation, and general construction activities.

• This hands-on role suits someone ready to work as part of a crew, use tools responsibly, and take on physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting.
• **Duties** * Assist with general construction, site preparation, and cleanup.
• * Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• * Assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and rebar installation.
• * Support excavation, grading, underground utilities, and site development activities.
• * Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment as assigned and authorized.
• * Assist equipment operators, foremen, and other crew members with daily tasks.
• * Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures.
• * Perform additional construction-related duties as needed.
• **Qaulifications** * Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
• * Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying construction materials.
• * Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a crew.
• * Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• * Commitment to workplace safety.
