About this role

• **Job Summary** The Operations Manager coordinates daily business operations inside the Packing Facility, inventory management, purchasing, inbound/outbound shipments, facility compliance, egg pickups and deliveries, and team supervision.
• This role calls for sound management judgment and clear communication to support organized workflows and reliable service.
• Must have experience with: ERP systems, inventory management, and facility compliance.
• Location: Crofton, KY **Responsibilities** * Oversee day-to-day operational activities and workflows.
• * Manage all packing facility activities * Coordinate egg pickups, deliveries, and out of state shipments * Manage inventory levels, organization, and replenishment.
• * Coordinate orders, shipping, and resource planning.
• * Coordinate purchasing to support operational needs.
• * Supervise team members and guide daily work.
• * Communicate priorities, updates, and expectations clearly.
• * Identify workflow issues and coordinate practical improvements.
• **Requirements** * Experience using ERP systems.
• * Supervising experience and ability to guide a team.
• * Management skills and sound operational judgment.
• * Clear, professional managerial communication.
• * Ability to organize inventory and track stock needs.
• * Purchasing skills, including comparing operational needs.
• * Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
