About this role

• **Description** Summary: Provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff and ensures patient safety and well-being.
• Responsibilities: * Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• * Answering patient calls and helping patients with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• * Feeding patients, measuring and recording their food and liquid intake.
• * Monitoring and documenting patients' temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs and reporting changes to nurses or doctors.
• * Assisting nurses or doctors with medical procedures and dressing wounds.
• Job Requirements: **Education/Skills** * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• **Experience** * Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications** * BLS required.
• Work Schedule: 7AM - 7PM Work Type: Full Time
