• **Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.** We are currently seeking a **PRN Medical Records Clerk** to join our team at **IL River Correctional Center** located in **Canton, Illinois.** The **Medical Records Clerk** maintains offender health records, retrieves health records for scheduled appointments, files offender health data, initiates records for new or transferred intakes.
• They review health records for completeness, files records as required, prepares reports as needed and more.
• **Hourly pay rate of $20.49 Per hour + $4/hr.
