Construction Laborer

• Derenzo Properties LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Construction Laborer to become part of our team in Needham, Massachusetts.
• This position offers hands-on experience across a range of construction projects, working alongside Foremen, Project Managers, and skilled tradespeople.
• Reliable individuals who show initiative, maintain a strong work ethic, and take pride in their work will have opportunities to assume greater responsibilities and advance within the company.
• Job Responsibilities Support Foremen, Project Managers, and tradespeople with daily construction activities.
• Handle, transport, load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general labor duties, including demolition, site preparation, and debris or material removal.
• Keep job sites clean, orderly, and safe throughout the workday.
• Help coordinate deliveries, organize materials, and prepare work areas for upcoming tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools when properly trained.
• Follow instructions, job-site rules, and all required safety procedures.
• Take a proactive approach to helping crews complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Qualifications & Requirements Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to arriving on time and ready to work.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks and lifting or carrying materials.
• Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions.
• Able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with others.
