Construction Laborer/Installer

About this role

• **Overview** Projectism LLC is a small family-owned business that specializes primarily in residential window and door installations, which make up the majority of our work.
• We also provide additional home improvement and construction services, including rot repair, trim replacement, painting, and general home repairs.
• Most of the jobs are located in Windham, NH and surrounding towns.
• There may occasionally be longer travel days.
• **Duties** * Assist with residential construction and home improvement projects.
• * Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment.
• * Help with window and door installations.
• * Assist with rot repair, trim replacement, and general carpentry work.
• * Perform demolition, cleanup, and job site preparation.
• * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• * Follow instructions and work alongside experienced carpenters.
• * Assist with various tasks as needed throughout each project.
• Your impact: By following plans and safety procedures during installation, you help crews complete dependable work and protect coworkers and others at the job site.
• **Requirements** * Essential: Ability to perform manual handling, heavy lifting, and climbing as required, while following construction workplace safety regulations.
• * Previous construction experience in installing windows and doors if preferred but willing to train the right person.
• * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• * Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
• * Ability to lift and carry construction materials.
• * Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
• * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is needed.
