• * Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• * Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• * Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• * Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• * Maintain an organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• **Requirements** * Must be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic.
• * Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• * Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• * Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• * Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• * Adherence to safety standards and practices on the job site.
